Grant County resident (living on campus or off)
Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher
Undergraduate or Graduate student
Enrolled either Full-time or Part-time
Financial Need-Based (Completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and demonstrated financial need as defined by the WNMU Financial Aid Office)
Preference will be given to a student who maintains an active membership in Movimento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, a.k.a. MEChA and who annually submits a letter/list of MEChA activities they participated in during the year.
